Our Services
Three services. One approach: work done properly.
Each service tier is shaped around the kind of attention the watch needs — not a one-size answer, but a considered one.

How every job begins
Enquiry
Tell us briefly about the watch. We'll ask any follow-up questions before you come in or send the piece.
Assessment
The watch is examined at no charge. We share what we find and propose a plan before any work begins.
Work
Once agreed, work proceeds according to the relevant service protocol. You are contacted if anything unexpected arises.
Return
The watch comes back with a written summary — and, for restorations, a photographic record of the work.

Standards
Workshop protocols that apply to every job
Secure handling and storage
Every watch is individually logged on arrival and stored in a secure, climate-appropriate cabinet while in our care.
Correct lubricant grades
Lubricants are matched to each movement type. Wrong-grade oil accelerates wear — we do not compromise here.
Timing verification
Mechanical watches are placed on a timing machine before return. Results are noted and shared with the owner.
Ultrasonic cleaning
Movement components cleaned ultrasonically where appropriate — far more thorough than manual cleaning alone.
Owner sign-off required
No work proceeds without the owner's explicit confirmation of scope and price. Changes during a job are discussed immediately.
Itemised documentation
Written summaries note exactly what was done, any parts replaced, and the state of the watch on return — not a rubber stamp.
Pricing
Clear prices, no additions after the fact
All prices are in Thai Baht. The price shown is the starting point for each tier — confirmed exactly during assessment before any work begins.
